OK, so a few of us are having hot restart issues. Part of this heat soaking of the engine in hot conditions. With temps up over 100F in Tillamook I was getting this a lot.

Part of the solution I am looking at is the Poison Spyder hood louver.

https://shop.poisonspyder.com/TJ-Hood-L ... 53-010.htm

I checked in with Tyller at NSOR, he can get these for us at $158 for raw alumonum, $195 powder coated black. Depending on the quantity the delivery should be just a few days.
Of course this part is TJ / LJ specific, 03-06.
Anyone who wants in on this please let me know.

I'll take a black one Mike. That will solve the paint cracking issue on my hood.

If it's not too late, I'll take one in black powder coat. Thanks!

No problem. Once money collected I will get the order under way.

For payment, you can send me an e-transfer if your bank supports that to my mike@hot4x4.ca email.

Powder Coat = $195 + 12% = $218.40
Raw Metal = $158 + 12% = $176.96

Thanks for playing everyone. I emailed Tyller the order tonight. Will let you know when they are ready.
Depending on when they are all in I could just pick them up with the truck, but FYI - I don't have much storage room so would need them picked up pretty quick.

Cheers,

Tyller is trying to get the TJ vents for Monday, and the JK one will take about a week or so.
If possible, I will bring them to the Monday meeting. Please make sure you can transport yours home.
Thanks,
