You put the winch on the wrong end.

It's not the rear that is too high it's the front. I need to put 2 winches on the front bumper to weigh it down.
Currie is going to get a nasty email from me.
I got 6.5 inches lift on the front, 3 in the rear, from a 4" lift. Go figure.

If you ask nicely they will probably be very helpful in sorting out the problem. First thing to ask, were the right coils in the kit? Check PN's and look on their site.

So I've got all my coil springs swapped out (thanks Gerry), I have approx 5" lift all the way around now, with a nose down rake.
Currie sent me a 1" taller version option springs for the rear, and shorter softer 2 door springs for the front.
I also put a 3/4 Daystar budget boost spacer in the rear.
Next, gears, truss.
Then buy rims, tires (which I already have).
Then install my fenders, which I also already have.

Besides NSOR and 4WP, where else can I shop for rims?

So my Jeep is at Enrico's getting new gears - 4.88's - and the truss welded on.

And he talked me into the Dynatrac Big Brake package for another $1375.
Gotta be able to stop with those bigger tires.

I got the jeep back from Enrico's.
With the 32's on, I now start off in 2nd gear, and I am looking for 7th on the highway.
Also, with the big brake package, it stops quicker.
That will all change tomorrow as I am picking up my wheels/tires from Tyler.

So the tires are on, it drives good. With the 4.88's and the 37's, its a slightly lower geared than before, at 120 KMH, it revs a coupe of hundred rpm higher than with the 4.10's & 32's (2800 compared to 2600). If I'm at a stoplight and I'm pointing down hill, I can still start off in 2nd, like before.
It does handle a little different though. That was to be expected.
Even with the big tires, I still notice the Big Brake package stops quicker. I would recommend to any JK owners, if you have big tires 35's or bigger, go with the Big Brake package.
I had to slice off 2.5 inches off the rear end of my factory rock sliders, the were not letting the rear tires go on. As the suspension travels upwards, the tire pulls away to the rear.
I flexed it out on some big rocks, as long as my steering wheel is pointed strait, I have no rubbing on the stock flares.
I haven't had time to put on my flat fenders, nor mud flaps.
Enrico did a really nice job welding the truss on, looks professional.
