For the July 1 long weekend, we will be camping at Lillooet at the Seton Lake BC Hydro rec site. The site is free but does not permit reservations. The group area is huge so there is definitely space for anyone who wishes to attend. https://www.bchydro.com/community/recre ... _area.html
I plan to arrive Friday evening June 28 (maybe Thursday if I can get the day off) and leave Monday - July 1.
Trails in the area include Yalokom Valley/Poison Mountain/Mud Lakes, Blowdown Pass, Jesmond fire lookout and probably others. All of the runs are stock friendly, perhaps by taking bypasses.
Post up if you plan to attend and when you anticipate arriving.

Hello Gents. Would the kiddo, 4runner and I be able to join the group? Just working on a transmission issue but should have the old girl back together.

Dean, you are always welcome on our trips.
My current plan is the head up on Thursday. Will try to save another site for others in the Herd.

There is an out of control wildfire that has tripled in size, just north of Lilloet. Just a heads up to keep an eye on the reports for the area. Kathy and I will possibly attend depending on conditions

The fire is over 18km away from where we are camping. Lillooet is expecting rain today and tomorrow. I don't believe there is any cause for concern regarding this fire.
