I suspect there is still quite a bit of snow at Copper Creek. Remember 2 (or 3?) years ago when we got snow there on the May long weekend.

I think a place more like the west Hedley site would be safer for Easter.

Here are some updates about the project, including the map of the proposed footprint of the project. This does include a portion of the Thurston loop trail, from near the gravel pit to just past the overlook.

Easter is a bit later than usual this year so perhaps weather will be favourable for camping. As discussed at the March meeting, I can't lead a run in April due to other commitments. If anyone has the desire to lead a run, please post up here with date and destination.

It's not the number of miles, for sure. My output yoke bearings are worn out.

To be fair, most of the miles on the Jeep are off-road.
